Jigsaw's Bookings Policy

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions.

What you need to know:

• Bookings can be made online at the Jigsaw Theatre Company website: www.jigsawtheatre.com.au , via telephone on (02) 6247 6800 or by facsimile on (02) 62476855.
• After completing and submitting a booking request form, Jigsaw Theatre Company will send you a booking confirmation within 7 days.

Booking Numbers:

• Booking Numbers may be modified up to 14 days prior to the performance date, however, the minimum numbers for a school’s booking will still apply (where applicable).
• Additional booking numbers within the 14day period need to be cleared with Jigsaw Theatre Company and will be added to the confirmed booking.

In Venues:

• There are no minimum numbers for Jigsaw Theatre Company performances held in a venue
• Due to venue ticketing charges employees of the school (teachers) will be admitted for free. Any additional supervisors are at the discretion of the school and will be charged at children’s prices.

In Schools:

• The minimum number required to book a Jigsaw Theatre Company show for a school is 120.
• It is the booking teacher’s responsibility to notify the school executive of the booking and have the performance/s placed on the school calendar.

Payment:

• Once your booking is confirmed, a tax invoice will be sent to you.
• Payment must be made within 14 days of your performance either by cheque or direct deposit.
• Payment will not be accepted on the day of your performance.
• All education activities are GST exempt, unless otherwise stated.

Amendments / Cancellations:

• Any amendments and cancellations to your booking will not be accepted over the phone. They will only be accepted in writing by facsimile on (02) 6247 6855 or by email to info@jigsawtheatre.com.au
• Bookings that are cancelled once confirmed in writing will incur a charge of 10% of the total booking;
• Bookings cancelled in less than 6 weeks of the performance will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking; and
• Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the performance will incur the full charge of the booking
• Jigsaw Theatre Company will send you via email a reminder of the performance details 14 days prior to your scheduled performance.

Photography:

• Photographing, video recording or any other kind of recording (including mobile phones) of Jigsaw performances is not permitted at any time during the show.
• After the performance is over, performers may consent to photographs being taken with students for school newsletters, etc but permission must be sought from the performers beforehand.
